Absolutely — that's exactly what it's designed for. The 3 additional sessions each month are built to complement your group class training, not compete with it. You keep showing up to classes and layer in the extra work on top.
Tier 2 is a full athlete commitment. It starts with a needs analysis and assessment, and from there everything — frequency, volume, session type, intensity — is built around you specifically. You also get direct coach access for feedback, video review, and regular check-ins. It's the closest thing to having a coach in your back pocket 24/7.
