We welcome children from 6 weeks through 11 years old.

Snacks & Drinks
- ✦A snack will be provided during your child's visit.
- ✦Please bring a water bottle labeled with your child's name, plus diapers and a change of clothes if needed.
- ✦If your child will need a meal during their visit, you're welcome to send one from home.
Drop-Off Information
- ✦Your cell phone number.
- ✦Any important information about your child, including allergies or special needs.
- ✦Parents must remain inside the Westwood Fitness facility while their child is in our care.
- ✦If we need you for any reason, we'll contact you immediately by phone.
Childcare FAQ.
Our childcare room is staffed and managed by The PlaySpace team, using the same standards, policies, and procedures as their licensed Fort Worth and Willow Park locations.
Is this a licensed childcare program?+
The PlaySpace's Fort Worth and Willow Park locations are fully licensed childcare facilities. Our childcare program at Westwood Fitness operates under a licensing exemption because parents remain on-site while their children are in our care. Even so, the program is staffed and managed by The PlaySpace team and follows the same high standards, policies, and procedures that we use in our licensed locations.
How many children is each caregiver responsible for?+
We intentionally maintain small group sizes with a maximum ratio of 8 children per caregiver, and even lower ratios whenever infants are present or reservations require additional staffing.
How often are diapers changed?+
Diapers are checked and changed at least every 2 hours, and more frequently as needed.
What if my child is sick?+
Please do not bring your child if they have had a fever, vomiting, or diarrhea within the previous 24 hours. This helps us maintain a healthy environment for all families.
Who is covered under my membership?+
Childcare is included on the Westwood Unlimited membership and above, and can be added to any other membership as an add-on. Either way, it covers all children in your immediate family who meet the age requirements.
Can I leave the gym while my child is in childcare?+
No. A parent or guardian must remain inside the Westwood Fitness facility during their child's visit.
