Your first 3–4 sessions are fully private — on your schedule, at your pace. Once you're ready, you graduate into the group classes with a major head start on everyone else.

We've got answers.

Not at all. All three onboarding paths are designed for complete beginners. Our coaches meet you exactly where you are and build from there. Every movement is fully scalable to any fitness level or background.

If you're fairly active and comfortable in a gym setting, Option 1 is a solid starting point. If you want more hands-on coaching while still getting the full group experience, Option 2 is our top pick. If you've never trained before or have specific concerns, Option 3 gives you the most controlled environment to build confidence first.

All three options move to $175/month for unlimited group classes. By then you'll have the skills, confidence, and community to show up to any class time and thrive alongside everyone else.

Let us know before you start — that's exactly what the onboarding period is designed for. Our coaches will build a scaled approach around your needs. Many of our athletes train around previous injuries and find that smart, progressive CrossFit actually builds resilience over time.

We offer multiple class times throughout the day. Option 1 starts you at 7:30am or 7:00pm so coaches can give extra attention. Options 2 and 3 allow you to attend any class time from your very first session. Check our full schedule at westwood-fitness.com/schedule.
