Both include the full gym, unlimited classes, community sauna + cold plunge, child care, and coworking. Premier adds two things: unlimited access to our Private Sauna Suites, and the ability to book group classes 48 hours in advance so you never get shut out of a popular time.
Our new facility is full-service: a traditional gym floor, a dedicated CrossFit section, group fitness classes, child care, a coworking space, a community sauna and cold plunge, and Private Sauna Suites (Premier members). Open gym access is 24/7.
Not at all. Every class is scalable to any fitness level. If you're brand new to CrossFit, we recommend starting with our onramp options so your first weeks are set up right.
Yes. Add a spouse for $175/month at your tier's full benefits, or put the whole household (spouse + kids under 18) on one plan — $500/month for Unlimited or $600/month for Premier. Members under 18 can join solo for $100/month with full Unlimited access.
Drop in with a One Day Pass ($30) or One Week Pass ($75), or grab a punch card — 5 sessions for $120 or 10 for $200. Day passes are the easiest way to try the gym before committing.
