Since beginning CrossFit in 2011, I have developed a strong belief that CrossFit is the most fun and effective way to exercise. I have been coaching CrossFit since 2012 and have been a regional competitor as both an individual and as part of a team. Having experienced a lot of highs throughout my CrossFit “career”, my focus has shifted from being a competitor more towards coaching, relationship building, and now owning a CrossFit gym. All of my experiences since stepping foot inside a CrossFit gym in 2011 have developed a huge passion for CrossFit and I want to share that with everyone. Working out is the highlight of my day and I want everyone that comes to CrossFit Westwood to experience exercise and working out as an enjoyable activity instead of something they dread doing.
