Not at all. Human 2.0 is designed for every level. All movements are scalable, and our coaches meet you exactly where you are. Beginners are absolutely welcome — this class was built with you in mind.

Classes run 2–3 times per week over a 6–8 week program. The schedule is structured to give you enough stimulus to see real progress while allowing proper recovery between sessions.

Each session includes a warm-up focused on mobility and movement prep, a strength component targeting global muscle groups and imbalance correction, a cardiovascular element, and a cool-down. Every movement has a scaled version so you're always working at the right intensity for your body.

Human 2.0 is housed at Westwood Fitness, a CrossFit facility — but this program is distinctly different. It's lower intensity, more deliberate, and focused entirely on long-term health and movement quality rather than performance or competition.

Let us know before you start. Our coaches are trained to modify movements around injuries and limitations. Many of our participants come to us specifically to rehabilitate and strengthen areas of weakness or previous injury.
