The Format

Teams Of Two.

Coed teams of two: one male, one female. Teams are scored against the other teams in their division.

01 Coed Teams of Two One male athlete and one female athlete. Register together as a team.
02 $80 Per Team $40 per athlete, covering both partners, shirts included. Your account is charged two weeks before the competition, not at signup.
03 Two Divisions RX and Scaled. Both divisions do the same events with different loads and movement standards.
04 Movement List Released on our socials the first week of October, after our final event review.
Key Dates
Early Oct Movement list released. Posted to our socials after our final event review.
Oct 17 Last day to register and receive a shirt. You can still register after this date, but a shirt isn't guaranteed.
Oct 24 Registration closes. $80 per team is charged to your account on file.
Nov 7 Competition day. Schedule and heat assignments go out the week of the event.
Divisions

Two Divisions.

Choose the division that matches how you've been training. If you're not sure, ask a coach.

Division 01
RX
  • Athletes in this division perform nearly all class workouts as prescribed.
  • They performed all Open workouts as prescribed.
  • Full RX loads and movement standards across every event.
Division 02
Scaled
  • Athletes in this division often scale class workouts.
  • They likely scaled some or all Open workouts.
  • Same events, with adjusted loads and movements.

Both partners compete in the same division. Teams are scored only against other teams in their division.

Volunteers

We Need Volunteers.

We need judges, equipment crew, scorekeepers, and general help throughout the morning. No competition experience required. We'll go over the standards that morning.

Breakfast is provided for the volunteer crew.

T-Shirt Included

Volunteers receive the same shirt as the athletes.
