Why Run A Simulation

A rehearsal.
Not a workout.

Anyone can make you tired. This is the full race — every station in the official order, every 1 km run, on real HYROX equipment — run in heats so you deal with pacing, traffic, and transitions the way you will in Dallas. What it exposes is the point.

01
The Full Distance
All eight stations and all eight runs, official order, official standards. No shortened "sim-style" circuit.
02
Race Conditions
Heats of eight launch in rolling waves. You'll stage at a start line, share lanes, and manage traffic — the parts of race day nobody trains alone.
03
An Honest Readout
Splits by station and run. You'll leave knowing exactly where your time lives — the sleds, the wall balls, or the runs in between.
04
Time To Fix It
September 5 sits far enough out to change your training, close enough that the fitness you test is the fitness you'll race with.

Days before HYROX Dallas

Dallas is in November. Most athletes find out what's broken on race day, when it's too late to do anything about it. This is the same test, ten weeks early — with time left to act on it.

The Course

Official order.
Start to finish.

A 1 km run before every station, exactly as raced. Four stations indoors — fully climate-controlled — and four on the turf.

Weights and standards follow your division. Sled loads are calibrated on the turf ahead of the event so the effort matches race-day carpet — heavier surface, adjusted load, same output.

The Venue

Built for
exactly this.

The simulation runs at the new WESTWOOD — 25,000 square feet, fully climate-controlled, with the space and the equipment to stage a real course, not a compromise of one.

80 yds
Of Turf

Sleds, carries, and lunges run on a continuous strip — full-length lanes, no doubling back through a crowded floor.

100%
Official HYROX Sleds

The same sleds you'll meet in Dallas. If you've only pushed a gym sled, this is the difference worth knowing about in September.

4 + 4
Indoor & Turf Stations

Ergs, jumps, and wall balls inside the climate-controlled floor; sleds, carries, and lunges on turf — laid out so heats flow one direction, start to finish.

Coaching On The Floor

Run the test.
Then read it right.

A simulation is only worth what you do with it. Athletes who want it can sit down with the coaches after their heat and turn their splits into a plan for the last stretch before Dallas.
